what’s your background ?
“I started basketball at the Madeleine club in Le Mans. I later left for Minimum France in La Jault Le Mans and then I joined the MSB training center. I then played in National 1 in Cognac, Quimper and Tarbes I also worked 2 years in Pro B in Quimper. I am currently doing my second season in Pays de Fougères Basket. »
How have you felt at PFB since you arrived?
“Since my arrival, I feel good. The club is exactly what I expected when I signed here, ie ambitious but also family-friendly with a project to climb to National 1. We feel very comfortable there. ,
How much progress do you think you’ve made this year, and what would you still like to work on?
“I would say that it is above all physically that I have made progress this year. Last year I arrived after a long time without playing. So I was far behind physically. There is no specific point at which I would like to multitask but continue to make progress in all areas. »
What do you need to perform better outdoors?
“Already, we are fortunate that we have got a lot of support at home with Kop and supporters, which is clearly not out there. As a result, we sometimes lack a little self-confidence and consistency. Avoid having expensive air pockets. We also have a team with a lot of shooters and the standards are not the same when we play outside. ,
The Coupe de France arena of 26/27 March looks very exciting, can’t wait to be there?
“Yes, the French Cup plateau with the possibility of going to the final in Bercy and winning the trophy is really the aim for this end of the season. We are essentially impatient, we know it will be difficult but we will be ready. »
What are your personal and team objectives for this end of the season, especially in the league?
“I don’t really have any personal goals, just keep trying to win for the team and stay healthy, avoid injuries. From a collective point of view even though it may seem impossible to get the first 2 places, but now we will play all the matches carefully. Will try to bring joy to our supporters and partners who come to see us at JUSTI win a few more games than we did in the first half of the season. »
